Hey everyone. Once again I am putting a few items on sale on my eBay account. They are all in great condition (some new with tags) and are very versatile and wearable. I currently have one size Medium sleeveless maxi dress (great price and worth holding onto until the weather gets warmer) a Medium maxi skirt, a pair of size 10 nude heels with a pink platform and black heel, size 10 black/multicolored heels that are a very fun unique shoe, and I discounted my size 11 Charles by Charles David Wedges. Feel free to shop around on my eBay page for any of these items and if you have any further questions don’t hesitate to ask.  Thanks and Happy New Year’s.

I’m not all or nothing when it comes to food, but focusing on including MORE real food in your diet (single ingredient, found in nature, not made in a lab) is a health boosting behavior change that will serve you well.
Read your labels. Cook from home (prep is key: makes it a time saving process & much easier to stick to). Focus heavily on vegetables. Go organic if and when you can. Make these options READILY available for you. Ditch the processed stuff.
When it comes to promoting diet changes, I prefer to focus on the inclusion of real food instead of exclusion of the “bad”. It’s easier mentally & emotionally to think about adding more in, instead of taking stuff out. What’s nice about this is that most people naturally begin to eat less of the “junk”: there’s not much room left over if they’ve been loading up on the healthy stuff. Once including cleaner foods is part of your routine, you can tweak it further by reducing your consumption of processed foods, but starting out with elimination instead of inclusion can be very stressful.
If you’ve been having a hard time cutting things out, ask yourself if you’ve been neglecting adding healthy stuff IN. Ooodles of it. Make your environment work for you: make healthy options UBER available. Make unhealthy ones harder to get to.
